I've been looking on the Sea France website today and was checking out the prices for the dates. This is what I've found for a car with driver;-

    20-3-8 Outwards - Dover Depart 0800 Arrive Calais 1015

    24-3-8 Return - Calais Depart 1920 Arrive Dover 1935

Total cost of Journey - 56 Yim yams.

Not bad in my opinion, although I've never been to France on the Ferry so I do not know what to compare this price with. What do people think?

Outward is fine but i'm booked on the 16.45 return, Seafrance is the cheapest this year. Last year it was Norfolkline, year before P&O and the year before that Speedferries

Is the end of February going to be too late too book this?

Not gonna have enough spare cash 'till then...don't mind if the price goes up a bit by then though?

When's it all gotta be sorted by at the latest?

You book it yourself so the latest you could leave it is the day before we go, will cost you a lot more though and you might not be on the same ferry

I'll see what the score is when I have the cash at the end of Feb.

I'm definitely up for it though and will 99% go, but not 100% I'll be able to get on the same ferry's etc.

If the worst comes to the worse I'll get an earlier ferry than you guys (go a day early or something), stay near the the ferry and meet you guys when you arrive.
