    Default S2000 wheels and alignment

so iv been looking to get some new wheels for my s2000 and i would like to get 17x8 front and 17x9 Rear but from what i have read without rolling arches or running stupid camber just for the look witch I'm not interested in i need some with crazy offsets ?

    front
    +48 to 52 offsets with 215 tires or +53 to 57 225 tires

    rear

    +45 to +49 245 tires or +50 to +54 225 tires

iv read these are good aliment setting for a dd only reduces tire life by %10
    front toe: zero
    front camber: -1.5 degrees

    rear toe: 0.3 degrees total
    rear camber: -2 degrees

i also want to lower the car by 30-40mm in the future

    any help would be great!!

Nick I would serious recommend that you take it to TGM sport up at fleet to have the alignment done. Tom is well worth the drive to get it set up and it will handle much better. I would be a bit sceptical of those values as well. The geo values are very very vague (like is the toe in or out?) and can ruin a car and the way it drives if not correct.

As been said - just get TGM to sort the alignment out

    This what I was running.

    Rays G07

    Front 17" x 8 ET 45 + 15mm spacers
    Rear 17" x 9 ET 63 + 20mm rear spacers..

The spacers were for the Spoon brakes and fill up the archers because of the body kit.

I wouldn't go too extreme on the stance with an S2000 - it will ruin the handling and your enjoyment of the car when out on the road!

not lookingfor stance just want a nicer appearance than i have atm i would like the wheels to sit nearly flush with the arch or come out a tiny bit i want

    17x8
    17x9

but i don't know what offsets i need and that

the wheels I'm looking at are

    front
    5x114.3 17x8 et48 or et35

    rear
    5x114.3 17x9 et35

the car is not lowered at all would this be a straight fit ??

    Front 17" x 8 ET 45 + 15mm spacers - this made them ET30 front
    Rear 17" x 9 ET 63 + 20mm rear spacers.. - this made them ET43 rear
My car was lowered a bit and the rears would rub a bit when laden for shows or on nasty roads.

I would probably not go to ET35 at the back - maybe ET45 if it was me
