    Default It's been a while...

Hey boys and girls, not a new member as such but haven't been active in a very long time!

Finally found myself back in something JDM after selling my old S14 and I'm now rocking around in a ST185 GT4, at least I will be when I get it MOT'd.

Good to see the forum is still active and hope to get back into the swing of things, I've missed this place!

Hopefully will meet/re-meet some of you guys soon!

    Disco (Marcus)

Ah yeah I know, I'll get pics up! Also I just posted a new "new members" thing as I thought this hadn't been posted, feel free to get shot of it.

A couple from when I picked it up, test fitting new wheels (awaiting tyres), and a couple from the day it first started up.

When end it's got an MOT and decent wheels on then I'll give it a clean and get some proper pictures

It's actually really clean, needs a small plate on the rear passenger sill but literally maybe 4" or so. Other than that it's sound. Should be on the road Friday in time for Jap Fest! Won't be looking it's best though, will have to show it off next year when I've got it up together.

Also I've got some rally tyres to go on the gold Compomotives and some super 80's rally spots to go on the wings. Trying to go for a road-going homage to the Safari Rally look. Should end up quite cool 😊

The comps are gonna look sweet! They 16's?
What size tyres you opting for?

Just noticed its a narrow body like mine and so I'm trying to gauge what sort of width wheels tyres I can get away with.
Got some Enkeis to go on bit gotta get the right tyres without rubbing!

I did try to check out your build thread but couldn't see a lot of pictures for some reason though. Sounds like you've put some decent work in!

Yeah the comps should look cool, they're only 15's but I'm sticking some gravel rally tyres on so wanted to stay 15's. They're only dead skinny though, think they're 7j et50 so will fit the tyres and space them out as needed.

Yeah I saw the rubbing on yours lol I think 8j's with a 215 or something fit ok.

I'm liking that Marcus, and a nice difference in direction from the norm.

Regards pics - you'll need to be a HJC member (it's cheap and comes with benefits See: Membership).

Cheers Spam, yeah I haven't seen any how I wanna do it, hence the choice 😊

I thought that might be it! I'll get the car on the road properly and renew my membership 😉
