    Odiham would be a great place to do it. As you said if we did it with collection for charity, then maybe sign a form with your address, etc so they can hunt you down we could be ok. And as it would be under the HJC name we wouldn't want it to be branded a bad club

    Just a quick update for people, on Sunday I am heading up to Thruxton to have a meeting with the track manager about a HJC day there

    please don't let it be the open pit day on the 24th June, tis the misses birthday and there is no way on gods green earth I'll get my passport stamped for a track day on her birthday !

    This meeting has now been put on hold on request from the track manager, hopefully I can go up next weekend

    Great work trying to organise this Corey. If it does prove too difficult to sort out, I've seen another option. I'm not sure if anyone has seen or tried hillclimbing before, but Gurston Down have 3 dates this year (all Tuesdays) when you can head there with your own car and get taught the skill. I know it's not quite a trackday, but it might be worth considering.

    Details are here http://www.gurstondown.org/gurston-hillcimb-school/ but basically, it costs 150 for 9.00-4.30, the dates are Tuesday 7th May, Tuesday 11th June and Tuesday 9th July. There is also no mention (that I can see) of noise restrictions.
