HJC has been invited to join all the members on skylineowners.com for this great trip...

Right guys this list will be controlled and locked by me, it will be an upto date list of who's paid and coming with what they've got.

Remember it will be a first come first get as places are limited, i only want payments if your 100% sure your coming, if you change your mind i will work with you to try and get someone to take your place but i'm not going to start entertaining the idea of taking money, booking things then have to sort out refunds.

The Dates;

Going out Thurs 23rd July and returning Tues 28th

Opening times of the ring while we are there;

Thursday, 23.7.2009 - from 5:45pm till 7:30pm
Friday, 24.7.2009 - from 2:15pm till 7:30pm
Saturday, 25.7.2009 - from 8:15am till 7:30pm
Sunday, 26.7.2009 - from 8:00am till 7:30pm
Monday, 27.7.2009 - from 5:15pm till 7:30pm
Tuesday, 28.7.2009 - from 5:15pm till 7:30pm

The costs are (Please contact me before making/sending payment);

Camping; £15 per person per night (inc all you can eat breakfast).
Singles; £36 per person per night (inc all you can eat breakfast).
Doubles; £55 per person per night (inc all you can eat breakfast).

Ferry £47 return.

To secure your space you can send the £47 for the ferry and 50% of your accommodation costs.

Cheques, postal orders or bank transfers are the preferred way of payment, paypal is excepted but charges will be applied.

The only other costs will be fuel, expect to use about 6 tanks and then just your food and drink along with your laps.

We our hiring the whole Guesthouse for all the singles as it can sleep just over 24 people, as it has about 9 bedrooms ranging from 1-6 beds in each room.

It has 2 9 car garages with a pit and extra parking.

The doubles/couples will be down the road in the hotel with the over spill of singles.

This will be the biggest trip/show/track day ever in skyline history, trust me!!

Coincidentally that's the same weekend that the mkiv.net Supra club are going over there, so there'll be plenty of hot cars to see. Make a point of watching out for 'Bignum' and his big brother 'littlenum' doing 8 minute laps!

Yep - Last year Bignum did an in-car video, tailing a ring taxi which looked like it was going full tilt...and finished the lap with the comment "Right, now for a fast lap"!

Classic stuff.

after that depends on promotion

All dependent on getting relived on time and being in a suitable Port
