Editing your own posts

We have taken the decision to impose a short time of around 10 minutes (this may be subject to change) on the editing function for forum users, after having a number of posts edited some time after being posted. The posts in question were somewhat derogatory some time after posting causing our HJC team to work harder in checking new and old posts.
The decision was taken to add a time limit to the function which will better improve the use of our the team. We may change this time limit without further notice.

We ask that you take your time in posting, and that you read what you have typed before commencing with your post - once posted its live you only have a short time to edit any spelling mistakes.

We thank you for your efforts.

As an update to this the current time limit for editing your own threads (which is subject to further change if felt necessary) has been increased to 30 minutes.
